Jessica Glass, LPC, NCC
Jessica Glass is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey and a Certified National Counselor (NCC). She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University and has over ten years of experience working with diverse client populations across a variety of treatment settings. Jessica works with adolescents, young adults, adults, older adults, and families, providing both individual and family therapy.
Jessica has experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and takes pride in being an ally and advocate. She utilizes a person-centered approach to therapy, creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Jessica believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful and lasting change.
Her work is also grounded in strengths-based and trauma-informed care. Jessica collaborates closely with each client to identify their goals and incorporate therapeutic techniques that best meet their unique needs. She helps clients recognize their resilience and build upon their strengths as they navigate challenges and work toward personal growth and healing.
Outside of her work as a therapist, Jessica enjoys spending time with her son and family, attending live music events, and going for walks with her dog.
