3-Year-Old Class

10:00 AM

This 45 minute class is designed specifically for our youngest yogis. At this age, movement and imagination are powerful tools for learning and regulation.

Children will explore simple yoga poses through playful storytelling, songs, and animal movements that help them connect with their bodies while developing early listening and focus skills.

The class emphasizes:

  • Gross motor development

  • Following simple directions

  • Practicing gentle breathing

  • Building comfort with group activities

  • Learning to transition between movement and rest

The mindful craft portion allows children to slow down and express creativity while practicing patience and focus in a fun and relaxed way.

This class is perfect for toddlers who enjoy movement, stories, and hands-on activities.
