She has a particular focus on women’s mental health, including pregnancy and postpartum, and is passionate about helping mothers feel supported, empowered, and understood during this transformative stage of life.

Karen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with children and adolescents at Mindful Intentions. She helps children and teens learn to understand and express their emotions while building healthy coping skills and confidence. Karen also supports adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and life stressors, and works collaboratively with clients to create meaningful, lasting change. She offers both in-person and virtual sessions.

Jenny is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is licensed in both New York and New Jersey and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in New Jersey. With over 20 years of experience in the social services field, she works with adults and couples navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, substance use, and life stressors. Jenny takes a collaborative, client-centered approach, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can build insight, develop coping strategies, and work toward meaningful personal growth.

Using a strengths-based approach that incorporates Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and DBT, she helps clients gain insight, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. Kiersten is committed to meeting clients where they are and supporting them in taking empowered steps toward improved mental health and well-being.
